We advise to wear dark coloured, comfy clothing so that you can relax and enjoy your salon services. Please do not wear white tops, turtle necks or any tops with high necks and collars. We try our absolute best to avoid colour or product getting on to your clothing and use a towel and cape for protection however sometimes things happen.
-
Wearing dark clothing helps minimize the visibility of any accidental color or product stains that may occur during your hair service. While our stylists take great care to avoid such mishaps, they can still happen occasionally.
-
Our stylists make every effort to protect your clothing by using protective capes and towels. However, due to the nature of hair services, some accidental contact with color or products may occur despite these precautions.
-
If your clothing does get stained during your appointment, please inform your stylist immediately. They will do their best to address the issue promptly. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, and we do not hold responsibility for any damage to clothing.
-
Yes, you're welcome to bring a change of clothing if you're concerned about staining. We want you to feel comfortable and confident during your appointment.
-
While wearing dark clothing is recommended, it's also a good idea to avoid wearing anything too valuable or delicate, just in case. Additionally, if you have any concerns about staining, please feel free to discuss them with your stylist before your service begins.
-
Inform your hair stylist before your appointment. They can conduct a patch test to assess your skin's reaction to the products they plan to use. It's crucial to communicate any past reactions or concerns to ensure your safety and comfort.
-
A patch test involves applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of the skin, typically behind the ear or on the inner arm, and monitoring for any adverse reactions over 24-48 hours. It helps determine if you're sensitive or allergic to specific ingredients in the product.
-
Inform your stylist immediately. They can take appropriate steps to address the reaction and provide relief. If symptoms are severe or persist after leaving the salon, seek medical attention promptly.
